When you join you get a travel agent licence which is a legal requirement to book and sell holidays. You can contact any hotel worldwide and request a commissionable rate. - It's a payment earned at point of sale and paid after travel has taken place.
- It's already built into the price you see.
- The industry average is 10% but suppliers vary between 6% and 22%.
- You will receive 70% of the commission paid to the host agency from the supplier after fees. (30% will go to host agency).
- You can be rewarded with an extra 10% commission increasing to 80% after fees if you reach a certain sales amount. (20% will go to host agency).
- We have the highest commission split in the industry.

If you book on a search engine - the search engine keep the commission; if you book via a travel agent they keep the commission and if you book directly with a hotel, cruise company or airline they keep the commission. By joining the business and becoming your own independent travel agent this platform allows the person keeping the commission to be you. You will hold travel agent status meaning you are recognised within the travel industry and can start earning that commission yourself. You can book just for your own personal travel or you can book for others at very competitive rates. You book using your own portal; using one of our amazing suppliers, you can contact any hotel directly or using dedicated discounted industry websites. There are lots of options. As part of the travel industry you will also get access to industry hotel affiliate programmes - with up to 80% off some hotel brands. It is simply a platform that allows you to earn and save on your own travel and to be recognised within the travel industry with all the benefits that come with it. The Travel business - provides you with the tools, systems, training and support you need to set up a home based travel business and operate as an independent travel agent who can sell travel to others and yourself. You can use the business as you like - to book for others and earn travel commissions or just to book and earn on any travel you do yourself. It's your business - so you choose. There are no targets and no point systems so no pressure of any sort for your travel agency business. The Marketing business - is a separate business opportunity which allows you to share the business with others by activating your personal affiliate link and be rewarded for doing so with a very generous compensation plan. The Premium Travel Business Package gives you both businesses allowing you to maximise this opportunity and unlock up to 8 income streams a month with uncapped earning potential whilst helping friends and family earn from booking travel too.

HOW MUCH COMMISSION WILL I EARN AND WHAT HAPPENS WITH TAX?How long is a piece of string? Every booking will be different but standard commission is between 10% and 15% (sometimes more!) and once you have done your initial mandatory training you will be paid 70% - 80% of those commissions with the other 20% - 30% going to our host agency less a few fees. This is the highest commission split in the industry and the earning potential is uncapped which is amazing. Commission is not paid on non commissionable elements, taxes or credit card fees. Regarding tax - everyone will have different financial circumstances so we always advise you to check with your own financial advisor or accountant for your personal circumstances. However it is worth noting that if you are securing industry only rates for your own personal travel you wouldn’t need to declare anything as you’re getting the discount straight away and not earning commission. Any commission you earn is treated as income. You start declaring tax once you earn over £1000 in commission - whether that's on things that you book for yourself on a commissionable rate or anything you book for others where you earn commission. You’re not employed by anyone. You’re buying a franchise for your own business so all earnings would be for your own self assessment.

DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE LOTS OF TRAVEL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE?No - none at all. We will give you everything you need to know to get you set up correctly. After the initial regulatory training we have so much optional learning you can dip into if you choose to - you do as much or as little as you want. Our host agency provides extensive FREE training with all our suppliers as well as regular in house company training on systems and destinations and we even help you with itinerary suggestions. The training is all online and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week meaning you can do it at your own pace in your own time around existing commitments. There is even additional specialist training you get access to meaning you can become a specialist in Disney, Jumeirah, Sani, IKOS, Melia or Marriott amongst others brands or you could specialise in ski holidays, honeymoons or family travel. The choice is yours.

HOW LONG DOES THE TRAINING TAKE?As long as you need it to take! There is no time limit or pressure for you to get the initial regulatory training done or for it to be done within any certain amount of time but it will take approximately 2 or 3 hours in total. Most people spread it out over a couple of afternoons or evenings. Some people speed through their training and book within a couple of days and others like to take their time to really get to know the systems and processes in depth before they feel comfortable to start booking. In the US the training requirements are different and in fact less than for agents in the UK as there are different licence regulations so it's even quicker to get set up. There is a simple video course you review, with basic quizzes after each YouTube-style short video, in total less than two hours of viewing. You are only required to view that course and read our training materials, which you can do in a few hours at home. However, you will get access to many online courses, live events, respected industry courses and other training resources if you choose to make use of them.

HOW SOON CAN I START BOOKING HOLIDAYS?You have immediate access to your own booking system but need to complete the mandatory training first. Our team of experienced agents will help you through this stage. Once that is done you will be licenced to book and sell holidays straight away - whether that's just for yourself or for others but it is essential that you have watched and understood the relevant supplier or company webinar. You will also be invited to our dedicated travel vault and support pages that give you lots of extra helpful information to help you learn more about the systems and suppliers. We share many useful tips and tricks and we have a whole host of useful documents to share with you when you join.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK FOR OTHER PEOPLE?No. You can just book for yourself and your immediate family if you choose and never have to tell anyone else about it if you prefer. Of course once people know what you have access to they may want you to check a price for them and if you book you will earn money from their booking but there is absolutely no obligation to do this.

ARE YOU RESTRICTED TO WHAT KIND OF TRAVEL OR HOLIDAYS YOU CAN BOOK?Not at all. When you join your licence allows you to book and sell holidays in the UK (or if not UK based then within your own relevant territory). This means you can contact any hotel worldwide and request a commissionable rate. It can be in the UK or anywhere in the world. It can be for 1 night or 1 month. If it falls under the travel umbrella it's more than likely that we can book it. We can book: - hotel or flight only - package holidays - weekends away/city breaks - private homes - cruises - honeymoons - activity days - glamping - boutique hotels - ferries - airport lounge passes and airport parking - car hire - cottages and lodges - ski holidays - villas - Lapland - Disney - theme park tickets - train and theatre breaks - afternoon tea - rail holidays - shore excursions - VIP meet and greet - VISA services - travel insurance - small group tours It’s a very long list and remember this can be just for yourself or you can book for anyone else.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON HOW MUCH I CAN BOOK?None whatsoever. You can book 1 holiday or you can book 1,000. It’s totally up to you. The best thing is there are no targets or quotas which means no pressure but unlimited earnings and savings! Go and explore the world - but book it the right way.

DO I NEED A BIG SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESSFUL?Absolutely not - many of the team have little or no social media presence and have built their businesses around family and friends. Everyone loves to travel and we all know one person who knows another person … Word of mouth is a powerful thing and personal recommendations are the best way to grow your business. Once you book for a friend or family member, social media follower or work colleague the chances are they’ll tell their friends and family. This is how you’ll get new and repeat business. You also have more of a network around you than you realise - colleagues, school mums, hairdressers, gym friends, running partners etc. We also have advice as to how to build your customer base and find clients.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN?We have two different packages available. 1. Selling travel only This allows you to book travel for yourself and others if you choose to and earn travel commission. - A one off payment of just £142, $179.95 or €166 - From month two you then pay £32, $39.95 or $39 a month which covers your admin, customer support, access to suppliers and training, insurance and back office systems. 2. Premium travel business package For just an extra £14, $19.99 or €18 a month why not open up the enormous earning potential of the full business opportunity and unlock multiple other income streams? This allows you to do everything in the basic package but also rewards you financially every time you show your friends and family what you have access to and use our help to get them set up. A win for them and for you. - A one off payment of just £156, $199.90 or €188.97 - From month two you pay £46, $59.95 or €47.97 a month which covers all of the above plus the ongoing support to grow your business. All additional training is totally free. Over the year it works out at just over £1 a day - far less than a cup of coffee a day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I JOIN AND THEN CHANGE MY MIND?That's fine - you can cancel at anytime with no notice. If you do decide to leave within the first 30 days you will get your full start up fee of £142 back. Anytime after 30 days you can stop the monthly payments with no penalty. There are no contracts to sign and you aren’t tied into anything so there really is nothing to lose. You would however lose access to all industry privileges and access to any systems or suppliers.

I DON’T DO A HUGE AMOUNT OF TRAVEL. WILL IT BE WORTH IT?Chances are it definitely will be - but one of the team will be more than happy to look at your individual plans and help you decide. We would never encourage anyone to join if we didn’t think it would be right for them. Most people take at least one holiday a year in the UK or overseas and do at least one night in a hotel in the UK as well as the odd day out or theme park visit. Commission is built into all of that and you could be earning it! Many people earn their yearly fees in just one overseas booking or over a couple of nights at a London hotel for example. Of course if you want to book for others and earn from their bookings you don't have to travel yourself at all.

I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB - WILL IT WORK FOR ME?Yes! We have no targets or quotas so you can absolutely do this around a full time job, or your family commitments. The beauty of it is the flexibility and lack of targets. You can do as little or as much as you want, as and when you want. Most of us with families or jobs manage to find small pockets of time in the day to research a hotel, send out a quote or explore our different suppliers on the sofa at night. Most of the agents have busy full time jobs - we have pharmacists, solicitors, doctors, hair stylists, teachers, business owners amongst the many people who all do this around their jobs. If you choose to also do the marketing side to help other people get set up it is a very quick and easy process. The Mums and Dads in the team are able to pick it up when the kids are at school and drop it when we need to be there for them. Be warned though - it becomes a little addictive!

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE CALLS I SEE YOU ON?Of course not. There is no obligation whatsoever to do anything that you don’t want to do. We run regular calls throughout the week which cover a whole host of things - destination training, itinerary suggestions, supplier training, social media training - but none of them are compulsory. They are there if you want to join but equally we understand if you can’t or don’t want to. The calls mostly take place in the evening and the majority are recorded so can be watched back when convenient. We also have regular online coffee morning sessions if you want to listen in. Again, no need to join if you don’t want to but it’s there as an open forum for Q and A and a chance to meet your fellow like minded travel junkies. We very much focus on travel within our team and the friendly and supportive community we have created is a huge bonus and great to be a part of.
